What Metruta is

A preparation platform for the DGT driving theory exam. It is not a driving school nor an authorised exam centre.
Content reflects the rules in force at the publication date and is reviewed when the DGT changes them.

We do not run the official exam

The pass probability is a statistical estimate from your history. It is never a guarantee nor an official DGT percentage.
We do not administer the official exam: the DGT runs it at an authorised exam centre.
Mock exam scores do not transfer to the real exam or to any driving school.

We sell duration passes (30, 90 or 180 days), not subscriptions. Access ends on the end date shown at purchase.
The Guaranteed Pass refunds the amount if you fail while meeting the probability, coverage and mock requirements, within the claim window.
Stripe executes refunds against the original payment method.

Do not share your account or attempt to extract the question bank for reuse.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules or that we flag as automated abuse.

The service is provided "as is". Nothing in it guarantees that you pass the real exam.

Automated access, scraping, bulk crawling, and any extraction of the question bank, images, or content via bots, scripts, or automated tools is prohibited.
Images are served with a unique, invisible per-user forensic watermark, and their URLs are signed and expire. This allows the source of any leak to be traced.
The content is for your personal study use. It may not be redistributed, republished, or reused for commercial purposes.
Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
